Fascinate House is a 2700 square ft. event space.

2. What equipment does Fascinate House provide?

We provide a 6500 lumen projector with a 190 inch screen size, customizable LED lights, JBL 715 15" speakers, a sound mixer, and more. We also have a specialized photography room equipped with over 10 seamless backdrops in a variety of colors. We provide 100 white chairs, 5 folding tables and decorative items to customize your event needs.

Max capacity 125 guests standing OR 100 guests seating

4. Do you have a space for talent or performers to get ready?

Yes, we have a talent room equipped with a vanity mirror, floor mirror, steamer and clothing rack.

5. What facilities does the kitchenette have?

Our kitchenette is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, spacious cabinets for additional storage, and a keurig coffee maker

6. Is there a bathroom on-site?

Yes, we have a bathroom available.

7. Where is Fascinate House located?

We're located in downtown Los Angeles, at 1320 S. Main St., Los Angeles, CA on the 3rd floor, left hand side of the building. Conveniently close to the LA convention center, Soho House, the Hoxton hotel, and other popular creative hubs.

8. What types of events is Fascinate House best suited for?

Our space is designed to be customized to accommodate any event. Our most popular events are screenings, networking events, comedy shows, karaoke nights, baby showers, and gallery showings.

9. How do guests access the studio?

Guests will be provided a temporary code for both the front door and the door of the space.

10. What is the responsibility of the user in terms of the condition of the space?

Users are responsible for ensuring the space looks the same as when they arrived. This means any decorations, materials, or alterations made during the event need to be restored to the original state. All trash must be removed and the space must be left broom swept.

11. Are there any nearby accommodations or attractions?

Absolutely! We are close to the convention center, Soho House, the Hoxton hotel, and other spaces popular with creatives due to our proximity to the arts district.

12. How high are the ceilings at Fascinate House?

The ceilings are 12 feet high, giving your event a spacious feel.

13. Are there any sound restrictions or rules for music and performances?

Our studio comes with JBL 715 15" speakers and a sound mixer. However, users are expected to maintain a reasonable volume level and adhere to local noise regulations.

14. Can we bring our own catering or food?

Yes, you can bring your own catering. The kitchenette, refrigerator, freezer and chafing dishes (for rent) are available to assist with your event's food and beverage needs.

15. Is parking available?

While Fascinate House is located in downtown LA, guests should be aware that downtown parking varies. After 6pm, all parking nearby is free every day. Longer-term guests often park in the lot at the intersection of Main St. and Pico blvd. It is $6 for the entire day.

Rules & Regulations

1. Respect the Space

Users must ensure the studio looks the same as when they arrived. All decorations, materials, or alterations made during the event need to be restored to the original state.

2. Access & Security

Guests will be provided with a temporary code for entry. This code is unique to your event and should not be shared with others outside of your invite list.

Ensure that doors are locked when you leave.

3. Capacity & Furniture

Do not exceed the space's capacity. We provide 100 chairs and up to 10 tables (round or rectangular). Any additional furniture or setups should be approved in advance.

Furniture should be returned to its original place after the event.

4. Audio & Equipment Use

Handle all equipment, including the projector, LED lights, speakers, and mixer with care.

Maintain a reasonable volume level and adhere to local noise regulations.

5. Photography Room

Use the backdrops gently. If any backdrop is damaged or stained, the user may be charged for replacement.

Return all photography equipment and tools to their original place after use.

6. Kitchenette & Refreshments

You're welcome to bring your own food and catering. Kindly clean up after your event and make use of the provided waste bins.

The refrigerator and freezer are available for event-related items. Any items left behind after the event will be discarded.

7. Talent Room Use

The talent room with the vanity mirror is designed for preparation and makeup. Do not use it as storage or a general hangout area.

Keep the room tidy and avoid any damage to surfaces.

8. Bathroom Etiquette

Kindly keep the bathroom clean and report any issues immediately.

9. Respect the Neighbors

Fascinate House is located in a bustling area of downtown Los Angeles. Be respectful of our neighbors, especially when entering or leaving the studio.

10. Parking

While we're located in downtown LA, guests should plan their parking ahead. After 6pm, all parking in the area is free, and a lot of parking spaces become available. Longer-term guests often park in the lot at the intersection of Main St. and Pico blvd. It is $6 for the entire day.

11. Prohibited Activities

No smoking or use of illegal substances within the studio.

No activities that might damage the infrastructure of the studio, including the floors, walls, or ceilings.

12. Emergency Protocol

Familiarize yourself with emergency exits. In case of an emergency, prioritize safety and call 911 if needed.

13. Reporting Damages

If any equipment or part of the studio is damaged during your event, it should be reported immediately. Users may be held liable for repairs or replacements.

By booking Fascinate House, you agree to adhere to these rules and guidelines. Any violation may result in additional charges or termination of the booking. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

14. Security Deposit

A $200 security deposit is required for event bookings at Fascinate House. This deposit is collected in addition to the booking fee. Here's how our refund process works:

Deposit Collection: Pay the $200 security deposit when confirming your event reservation.

Assessment: After your event ends, we'll assess the space within 24-48 hours for damages or violations.

Refund: If the space is in good condition and compliant with our terms, the security deposit will be fully refunded within 24-48 hours.

Deductions: Damages, excessive cleaning, or violations may lead to a partial or full retention of the security deposit.

Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
